BOOKING INFORMATION & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING:            
Reservation can be made through our online-reservation system or in writing. With receipt of our written confirmation, the reservation is valid.

CANCELLATION:           
In any case, cancellations must be made in writing.
Cancellation charges:
Up to 21 days before the agreed day of arrival you can cancel free of charge.
Up to 8 days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 50% and from
7 days prior to arrival or in case of not arriving 90% cancellation fee of the booking price shall be incurred.

PRE-PAYMENT:            
For your booking no pre-payment is required.

CHECK-IN:                   
Rooms will be ready for occupancy from 1:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Guests planning to arrive after 8:00 p.m. are kindly asked to inform us.

CHECK-OUT:                
We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
For later departures you can leave your luggage in our luggage room.  We assume no liability.

CAR PARKING:                   
A free car park is provided to our guests during the time of their stay.

PETS:                          
On request.

DAMAGES:                   
We thank you for your understanding that damages of any kind have to be charged.

PAYMENT:                   
Extras: 
Extras such as tourist-tax, massages, etc. we kindly ask to pay in cash only.

Dayli Rate: 
Cash,  Debit-card, Visa-Card  or  Master-Card 

Packages:
We ask for your understanding that we cannot accept credit card payment for our discounted package deals and offer the following payment options:
Cash payment: We grant a discount of minus 2% on the package-rate.
Bank-Transfer: If you prefer to do a bank transfer please complete the SEPA bank transfer until 3 days before your arrival into the following bank account:
